Writing As Therapy.

For thirty years, writing has been the main manner in which I have processed, made sense of, and documented my life. I journal almost every day, have maintained a blog, and have written two books about my life, and I haven’t stopped yet! I’ve realized that I’m a writer in those terms only – I don’t write fiction, only non-fiction, and generally about my life experiences. I think that writing is an amazing and healing way for people  – even non-writers – to work through what is going on in their lives. I’ll be writing here about my experiences with writing!
